Viguié Schmidt & Associés Advises Iroko
Iroko, which specializes in real estate savings, has acquired a majority stake in Marigny Capital, a company specializing in the design and selection of structured products. This marks Iroko’s first external acquisition, and the company chose to be advised on this transaction by Viguié Schmidt & Associés, specifically Louis Chenard, a partner, and Marine Rensy, an associate.
