Marine advises clients in relation to company and securities law, both on transactional and litigation matters, and more particularly in matters of shareholders conflicts, governance, litigation before the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French stock market authority) and M&A transactions.
A member of the Paris Bar, she joined Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2018 and she is also a tutor in corporate law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Marine holds a university degree from the Institute of business law and a professional master’s degree in business law and taxation from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
