Louis advises French and foreign clients on matters pertaining to M&A, venture capital and corporate law.
Louis began practicing law as an associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2009. He joined Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in 2010, then co-founded SLVF in 2012, which eventually merged with Viguié Schmidt in July 2017 to become Viguié Schmidt & Associés. He also worked at Merrill Lynch in London in 2008.
Louis graduated from ESSEC Business School and Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
