Viguié Schmidt & Associés (VSA) advises Educapital on HappyPal’s €7 million fundraising round.
Created in 2019, start-up HappyPal is an employee benefits platform offering a personalised benefits programme.
Aiming for profitability next year, it is closing a €7 million Series A round with the investment fund Educapital, a pioneering European fund in the EdTech and Future of Work sectors with no less than €200 million under management.
With this second round of financing led by Educapital, HappyPal aims to become the most widely used employee benefits platform in Europe, with a target of 1 million users in three years.
VSA advised Educapital with a team composed of :
