VSA advised APSIM Groupe, the leading French headhunting firm, and its founder and chairman, Olivier de Préville, on the acquisition of a stake in its capital by Ciclad, a long-standing private equity player in France.
Ciclad’s investment will enable APSIM Groupe to continue its growth, to extend the range of services offered to recruiters, while remaining focused on its unique headhunting expertise, and to recruit a large number of new search managers and consultants.
