Viguié Schmidt & Associés (VSA) advised BPI France and Alter Equity, on the €10 million fund-raising for Teale, specialized in corporate mental health.
This fund-raising will position Teale as the European leader in the field of corporate mental health, and send out a strong signal in Europe, where the sector receives far less funding than in Anglo-Saxon countries and the United States.
