Viguié Schmidt & Associés (VSA) has advised Alter Equity, a management company, and Alexandre Feray, the company’s founder and CEO, on the acquisition of a stake in OpenAirlines by two new investors, Eiffel Investment Group and Mirova.
Alexandre Feray created OpenAirlines to help airlines and their partners reduce their fuel costs and their impact on the environment.
As part of this transaction, Alter Equity is selling its shares acquired in 2015 and Alexandre Feray is becoming a minority shareholder. The two funds, which are investing €45 million in Openairlines, specialise in the energy transition.
The VSA team that advised Alter Equity and Alexandre Feray was made up of Louis Chenard, partner, and Marine Rensy, lawyer, on the corporate/M&A side, and Christel Alberti, partner, and Mélanie Texeira, lawyer, on the tax side.
