Viguié Schmidt & Associés A.A.R.P.I. is advising Sony Music Entertainment, shareholder of Deezer, in the announced business combination of the global music streaming platform with I2PO, a SPAC backed by Iris Knobloch, Matthieu Pigasse and Artemis (the Pinault family’s holding company), the shares of which are listed on the professional segment of the Euronext Paris market. The transaction will value Deezer at a pre-money equity value of €1,050 million. The completion of the combination, which is expected in the beginning of July 2022, will result in the listing of Deezer.
