Viguié Schmidt & Associés (VSA) has advised insurance broker Gritchen and its shareholders on the tax aspects of their combination with Groupe Guémas.
The combination of these two groups will create the 13th largest insurance broker in France, with more than 300 employees, 80 agents and a network of partner brokers in 150 countries, generating more than €50 million in turnover.
