Viguié Schmidt & Associés (VSA) advises CryptoNext Security on its €11 million fundraising.
Founded in 2019 after 20 years of research, French start-up CryptoNext Security is helping businesses and public authorities to migrate their infrastructures and products to solutions that are resistant to future quantum machines.
The €11 million funding is intended for the industrialisation of its “C-Quantum Safe Remediation” post-quantum remediation solutions, and will also enable the company to expand internationally, particularly in the United States, which is currently considered to be more mature in this area.
The financing round was led by three funds: AVP (AXA Venture Partners), Quantonation and Auriga Cyber Ventures.
VSA advised CryptoNext Security with a team composed of Louis Chenard, partner, and Gaspard Revel, Corporate / Venture Capital lawyer.
