Martin advises and represents French and foreign clients in business law-related litigations, both before judicial and arbitration courts. He is in particular frequently involved in shareholders and M&A-related disputes, investment arbitrations and in restructuring matters.
Martin began his career in 2007 at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier. In 2012, he co-founded SLVF, which eventually merged with Viguié Schmidt in July 2017 to become Viguié Schmidt & Associés. He holds an LLM from the University of Sydney.
He is a board member of DCF – Droit, Chiffre, Finance, an interprofessional association, and teaches law at HEAD Law School.
