Louise-Marie advises on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. She assists listed and unlisted companies, their executives and shareholders in strategic transactions, fundraising, restructurings, and external growth operations. She also advises on corporate governance matters and handles complex shareholder and management disputes.
Before joining Viguié Schmidt & Associés, Louise-Marie was a partner at GATE Avocats, where she spent more than seven years practicing corporate and capital markets law, both in advisory and litigation matters. She had previously co-founded Carmin Avocats, where she was a partner.
Louise-Marie holds a DESS in Business and Tax Law from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II) and an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
