Etienne focuses on regulatory matters (including litigation) for industrial corporations, in particular for pharmaceutical companies. He thus advises his clients in defining their pre-litigation strategy, and, whenever necessary, represents them before administrative, civil and commercial Courts, both during summary proceedings and when the substance is considered.
Etienne began his career in 1997 within a firm exclusively dedicated to industrial risk, prior to joining Rambaud Martel where he became partner in 2004. He subsequently joined Vivien & Associés then Viguié Schmidt in 2009, which became Viguié Schmidt & Associés as a consequence of its merger with SLVF in July 2017.
Etienne is a member of the Paris Bar since 1997 and holds a DEA de droit des contrats (post-graduate degree in Law of Contracts) from Université Paris XI (post-graduate degree in contract law).
