Daniel Villey has extensive experience in corporate and securities law. He mainly advises on mergers and acquisitions, and handles related litigation and arbitration.
Before joining Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2023, he was a partner at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier from 2007 to 2012, then at Villey Girard Grolleaud from 2013.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, Daniel holds a Master’s degree (DEA) in Civil and Commercial Obligations Law (Université René Descartes – Paris V) and a Master’s degree in General Private Law (Université Panthéon-Assas – Paris II).
