Baptiste is specialised in corporate law, securities law, and business restructurations, both in transactional and litigation matters.
He is a registered attorney at the Paris (2023) and New York (2021) Bars and has joined Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2025.
Baptiste holds a Master’s degree from Magistère Juristes d’Affaires – DJCE (Panthéon Assas University) as well as a LL.M. degree from Boston University.
