Agathe advises clients in relation to company and securities law, both on transactional and litigation matters.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024, she joined Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2023.
Agathe is a graduate of the University of Oxford (Diploma in Legal Studies) and of the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s degree in business law and taxation).
