Nicolas Viguié

Managing Partner, Nicolas advises and litigates for his clients in corporate law, securities law and M&A, both for listed and non-listed companies. He appears before civil and commercial courts as well as before the Enforcement Committee of the AMF (French stock markets authority). Nicolas began his career with Jean-Claude Goldsmith, then joined Rambaud Martel in 1990 where became partner in 1994. He founded Viguié Schmidt in 2003, which eventually became Viguié Schmidt & Associés in July 2017 as a consequence of its merger with SLVF.

Nicolas was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989. He graduated from HEC – School of Management (1987) and holds DEA (post-graduate degree in law) from Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
