Green Creative, a Paris-based company specialising in the design and manufacture of machines for deconditioning products containing organic matter, is continuing to expand with the acquisition of a controlling stake in the capital by FrenchFood Capital and SOCADIF in an unleveraged transaction combining cash-in and cash-out.<\/p>\n
The company, founded in 2010 by Lucile Noury, designs patented equipment such as the FlexiDry, which separates organic matter from its packaging for methanisation and recycling. With 25 employees and sales expected to reach \u20ac7m by 2024, Green Creative had been supported since 2016 by Alter Equity, a management company that injected \u20ac2m for 40% of the shares. This transaction now values the company at around \u20ac10m.<\/p>\n
