Tanguy Grimald is a Corporate/M&A partner of the firm. He advises companies, executives, shareholders and investors on strategic acquisitions, disposals, partnerships and build-ups. He also has expertise in listed company law, particularly in relation to takeover bids and corporate governance.
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2016, Tanguy Grimald started at Vivien & Associés (2015- 2017), then moved to Veil Jourde (2018-2019), before joining the Viguié Schmidt & Associés firm in 2019 and became partner of the firm in 2023.
Tanguy is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master’s in International Law) and the University of Aix-Marseille III (Master’s in International Business Law – DJCE).
