Managing Partner, Olivier focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He is involved in disputes relating to business law, notably M&A transactions and commercial contracts. He also has extensive experience in arbitration and judicial proceedings involving foreign states and state-owned entities.
Prior to participating in the establishment of SLVF – which eventually merged with Viguié Schmidt to create Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2017 Olivier was a counsel at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, a firm he had joined in 2003.
He is a member of the Comité français de l’arbitrage and a lecturer in the International Business Law Master’s 2 degree at the University of Paris Saclay.
