Louise’s practice focuses on corporate law, stock market law and corporate restructuring, in both advisory and litigation roles.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, she joined Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2023.
Louise holds a Master 2 in Corporate Counsel from the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
