François represents clients in business litigation (disputes between shareholders, contractual and tort civil liability), business criminal law and general criminal law. He also advises on M&A and private equity transactions.
After five years as a consultant specialized in project finance at Deloitte, François became a member of the Paris Bar in 2015 and joined SLVF prior to its merger with Viguié Schmidt.
François was elected as Secrétaire de la Conférence of the Paris Bar for 2017.
François is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and of the London School of Economics. He holds a Master’s in business law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a MA degree from Université Paris 3.
